This does actually say here that this particular example does have a pre-settled status, also known as limited leave to remain. This is valid until the 17th of August 2024.

This means that you can live and work and study in the UK, and access public funds and services until the 17th. To stay in the UK after this date you will need to apply for a leave to remain such as a settled status. You can apply for a settled status once you have lived in the UK for 5 years.
