An affidavit signed by the Karta of Hindu Undivided Family stating the name, father’s name, and address of all coparceners on the date of application, as well as a copy of any of the above documents in the name of the Karta of HUF, is required as proof of identity, address, and date of birth for HUF. | 2. Note: If a foreign citizen’s application includes an Office Address (in India), the following papers must be submitted as evidence of office address in addition to any of the aforementioned residency proofs: I. A copy of the Indian company’s appointment letter/contract, II. A certificate (in original) of the applicant’s address in India, issued by an authorized signatory of the employer on the employer’s letterhead and mentioning the employer’s PAN, and III. A copy of the PAN card for the PAN mentioned in the employer’s certificate. |
Firm, BOI, AOP, AOP (Trust), Local Authority, Company, Limited Liability Partnership, Artificial Juridical Person – For Categories Other than IndividualsHUF i.e.
For applicants other than individuals and HUF, the following papers are admissible as evidence of identity and address:
1.Having their own office in India:

Artificial Juridical Person, Association of Persons, Body of Individuals, Local Authority | A copy of the agreement or a copy of the certificate of registration number issued by the charity commissioner, the registrar of cooperative societies, or any other competent authority, or any other document originating from any Central or State Government Department establishing such person’s identity and address. |
2. Having no office of their own in India:
